If you are sick, please call the office for a same- or next-day appointment. Virtual visits are not intended for emergency medical care. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

Your provider will wait five minutes for you to connect to your virtual visit. If you are more than five minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule the appointment.
